At the Malvia we strive to offer you clean, comfortable QUALITY accommodation at affordable prices.


We are situated in a quiet street near to South Pier, the Sandcastle and Blackpool's Pleasure Beach.


South railway station is just a 5 minute walk and the local amenities grocers, chemist, post office etc are also only 5 minutes away.


At the Malvia we pride ourselves on our standards of cleanliness and comfort, providing you with an enjoyable stay, you'll want to have again and again.


We offer short breaks, weekends and longer stays, what ever your desire we try and accommodate.


There are 6 flats to the front of the property which offer plenty of sunshine (when its shinning) and 6 to the rear which are cooler during those hot summer days and nights. There are 3 floors to choose from, 4 flats to each floor including the owners flat who are available at all times.
